I'm a fan of Media Bridges public access cable for many reasons. First, they offer free classes to people who want to learn how to shoot and edit video. Second, this year they gave each of us City Council Candidates 10 minutes of air time to deliver any message we wanted -- for free. That's awesome. Watch them on TWC channel 4.
Doing a radio interview there on Thursday with Mizzan, I learned about another amazing thing they do. They recycle MAC computers and then sell them to the public for $65. That's right, $65. You need a computer? Get over to Media Bridges at the corner of Race and Central Parkway.
They're green and they're generous!
